4 important steps to create a brand.
1. When creating your brand, define it by thinking like a person.
We mentioned in our previous article that branding is about what your target audience thinks of you.
What do you want people to think of you? Trustworthy, corporate, sincere or romantic… Look at your brand from the outside like a friend and list the characteristics that make it unique.
2.Express what you do in the simplest way.
Simply describe which service you provide or what product you sell. Although it seems simple, many brands cannot convey what they are doing in the simplest form and therefore cannot provide awareness.
3.Identify your target audience.
Who is your product or service required for? Who do you address and what are the characteristics of the audience you address?
Knowing your target audience, determining the demographic and psychographic characteristics of your target audience guides you on how to position your brand. The preferences of your target audience actually constitute the identity of your brand. Correct target audience analysis and correct positioning is one of the most important steps in branding.
4.List your characteristics that set you apart from your competitors.
List the strengths of your service or product. Cheapest, most durable, fastest. Knowing your product well will form the basis of your marketing strategy.
